Mr. Miller boasts an extensive professional background, including serving as Managing Partner of the esteemed financial and investment advisory firm, Provident Capital Group, President of Spectrum Consulting Associates, Inc. for 27 years, and a Director in the State and Local Government Consulting Practice of Coopers & Lybrand for 9 years. In these roles, he has demonstrated his expertise in managing the day-to-day operations of troubled public housing authorities, exhibiting his knowledge in a variety of functional areas such as research and development, project management, financial management and budgeting, human resource management, and strategic small business development.
Additionally, Mr. Miller has substantial experience providing consulting services to federal, state, and local government departments and agencies. He has served as Project Director on several notable research projects funded by the Ford Foundation and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Furthermore, he has provided business and new venture development consulting services and technical assistance to organizations such as the Alliance for Digital Equality, Inc.
Mr. Miller's background in finance also includes being a Founder and Board member of Capitol City Bank & Trust, a minority-owned bank which achieved $325 million in total assets, and currently serving as Secretary to the Atlanta Advisory Board of Unity National Bank.
